Paul McGee is a motivational speaker he also wrote the book sumo which was a really

successful but we had him on the podcast before and everyone loved him he gives great advice

and he's got a new book out how to have a great life we'll be talking to him all about that and lots of interesting advice on today's podcast he's always a new book out, How to Have a Great Life. We'll be talking to him all about that.

Lots of interesting advice on today's podcast. He's always full of it. And the thing I always find

fascinating about Paul is how he remembers it all. Because I have all this advice of knocking

around in my head, but I couldn't relay it the way he does. It's amazing. We're going to

some big subjects, though. We we discuss rejection we discuss old age we

discuss work relationships um he gives us this uh um lovely thing about the seven Cs right at the

end of the podcast and I was looking at him thinking is he me I've got them ready to read

he's going to be able to remember all seven of them because I wouldn't I think I think when you've

written some a when you when you think and feel something yeah properly then you're gonna remember it

it's not he's not just written down but also when you've actually written it down
