This is just a guide to modern life. Modern life is hard to get just right. It can frustrate you and annoy.

Okay, so the idea of this podcast is modern life can get you down. It's a mixture of small problems and they're huge problems, but they're all relative. They're all the things that get you down or maybe annoy you.

So the idea is we're going to help you and guide you through these problems with our expert advice.

Though at this point, I must tell you, I'm a TV presenter and I have no qualifications in therapy

or anything in the medical profession or financial

industry. I'm basically just a TV presenter. If you want to take advice of a TV presenter,

that's up to you, but that's my little disclaimer there at the top. So how did this podcast come

about? I'm sitting here with my good friend Mark here and we used to work together on Virgin Radio

we did. We did, yes. Mark was

my producer and we were

sitting around one day and we thought

we should do a podcast. It would be good idea and then I was

messing about on Twitter asking if I could give

people advice because I was bored one day and then we

hatched the plan of turning this into a podcast and here we are sitting in my kitchen doing the first one.

That intro is the last time you can call yourself just a TV presenter. The next time you do a podcast you have to say I'm just a TV presenter and a podcaster.
