And another great day in this greatest nation on God's Green Earth, a great day when President

Trump gave a great and direct answer to the Iranian proposal to end the war.

He called that proposal garbage.

And speaking of garbage and wasting time,

President Trump experienced, according to several sources, one of the worst mental health episodes of his presidency after a multi-hour overnight blitz.

There are also revelations about the military budget.

The Pentagon today put the cost of the war on Iran at closer to

29 billion, that's 4 billion more than two weeks ago. And it's not because they've spent that

four billion in the last two weeks.

This came out during testimony by Defense Secretary Pete Hegeseth.

I'm sure he enjoys all this testimony to Congress.

He was at a pair of hearings on the Pentagon's $1.5 trillion budget request.

But the new $29 billion figure as to the cost of the war offered by the Department's

Comptroller does not include the cost of repairs to U.S. facilities damaged by Iranian attacks. And yes, there has

been some damage. Speaking of damage, the FBI director, Kash Patel, has been joining Pete

Hegeseth with congressional testimony. He's scheduled to testify before senators this

afternoon. And this is really like a Saturday night live parody, really. I mean, he would have

Cash Patel and Pete Hagsteth going out to testify together. They both have drinking problems, remember?
