And yes, he is still President of the United States.

He will be speaking at some point tonight with the programming beginning at 6.15 p.m. Eastern time,

or 3.15 p.m. Pacific time here on the West Coast.

And President Biden, after he gives his climactic speech,

which will be something of a farewell,

despite the fact that he will continue as president

until the end of January, really January 20th

is inauguration day.
