Alright, let's get to it. So today we're going to talk about the power you bring into your life when you consistently level up. So what do I mean by leveling up? It means taking some aspect of your life to the next level. |
1:12.6 | It could mean mentally or emotionally or spiritually or energetically through health, of course, |

1:22.6 | You know, it's taking one or all the areas of your life and elevating that area. |
