Well, when you start to work for yourself in multifamily or any business, you've got to take off that employee hat. You've got to put on your entrepreneur hat. You know, I think Robert

Kiyosaki said it well, and that is an entrepreneur doesn't finish when we're tired, we finish

when we're freaking done. And that's what I'm talking about. When I say entrepreneurship mindset here, okay, entrepreneurship is hustling and grinding like most people won't for a few years, so you can live the rest of your life like most people can't.

What an entrepreneur does is take massive freaking action. They don't just dream about success. They go make it happen.

A dreamer may hope for a chance whereby an entrepreneur makes the chance happen.

The most successful entrepreneurs chase their vision.

They don't just chase the money.
