Like when I start making pizza, like I'm making pizza two or three nights a week and just like getting

better at it experimenting. But beer brewing takes a lot of pizza. I love pizza. Are you okay? I love

pizza. Are you okay? I'm better than I've ever been. But beer brewing takes like four or five hours

the first day and then like five months of doing nothing or not five months, five weeks of doing

nothing. Yeah. So yeah, like unless you have a bunch of batches in rotation, you don't do it for a

while and then you kind of like forget your initial enthusiasm. I feel like I would feel like they

might not be as special if I had a bunch of beers going at the same time. You know, I guess it

depends on how much you're experimenting and how much you like experimenting.

Because part of the fun of learning how to cook a new thing for me is to like do it a bunch of

times and try a bunch of different things until I feel like I have it. So I feel like I have it right

or until I have a few different iterations, right? See, we're a little bit different than I would

keep doing the thing the same way until I feel like I could do it without thinking about it.

You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, I guess that's

eventually I would settle into that because there are only so many variations on things I think.
