youtuber where he encourages healing and growth through his humorous,

entertaining and informative videos which have accumulated over 300 million views.

All right, well, I am super excited to interview

J.P. Sears, actually, we're to have a half interview, half dialogue hybrid.

It'll be something that's totally unique to J.P. Sears, which if you don't know J.P. Sears, then know this. Everything about him is unique.

He's always the same but never the same. How's that for a paradox? I love J.P. Sears. I've, J.P was just reminding me that it was

2001 when he first took a training program from me and so JP worked with me at the Institute for a number of

years he became an instructor for the Czech Institute traveled around the world

teaching for us, and then felt it was time for him to move

into elements of coaching that were more in line with what was interesting and motivating and inspiring to him, which I was all for.

And as some of you know, he transitioned into being a full-time comedian and all sorts of different things.

I've heard that J.P.

You've been on video and movies or things, you know, I don't follow the media so much but I get reports all the time

that you're popping up in all sorts of amazing places so JP I am totally excited to celebrate your life path, your success, our relationship.

And I just wondered if you could start by sharing an overview of your development and how your journey took you from being a red-headed kid who didn't enjoy school so much to being an instructor for the Czech Institute to now being quite a famous comedian.

Just as you mentioned, our history together of over 17 and a half years. I mean that feels like several lifetimes simply because it's been such richness and depth and learning. I mean I feel like I was a boy when I met you and I can

be I can honestly say I feel like a very solid man.
