Hey, everybody. Welcome to the American Camp Fire Revival. I like that it's getting a little cold out here.

And this fire feels really good. Well, I'm here with my pastor, Rex Holt. So excited to be spending some time together with him.

He has so much more, he has more wisdom in his little pinky finger than I do it in my whole body.

But he's actually in my book, Born to Be Brave,

part of America's spiritual comeback. And he has helped me to develop so many of these ideas

over the last 10 years that I've been under his teaching and his wisdom and been benefiting from

his friendship. So tonight we're going to talk about

what men want more than anything else in their lives. The deepest desire of their heart

that trumps everything else. In fact, he cannot live without it. And no, it's not fantasy football. Rex, I love talking to you because

you're such a wealth, not only of wisdom, but of knowledge that comes from experience. You've

been down the road a little bit further than I have, and you have this collected wisdom.

I want to know, what is it that every man wants more than anything else in the world, the deepest desire of his heart, and he can't live

without it? And it's not fantasy football. It's not. Well, Kirk, every man needs a purpose. He needs a mission for his life. He needs a goal. He needs a plan.

And I've always felt and believed and observed, if you give a man a plan, he will run with that plan.

Yes. Just like Habakkuk. The vision is yet for an appointed time.

It hastens toward its goal.

Though a Terry, wait for it surely come to pass.

It will not be late.

And if you get that plan, that vision down, and a man can run with it.

And I believe that our culture has robbed men of this

innate desire to lead to exercise dominion to conquer to be creative to subdue the earth
