Quick introduction before we get right into the tutorial.

What you're going to hear is about a 15 minute very basic beginners tutorial on focus, meditation, relaxation, and breathing.

I recorded this about six months ago and I put it up in my Facebook group as sort of an experiment

So this will teach you, it's about a 13 to 15 minute exercise that will teach you how to

relax your body how to properly breathe and how to selectively focus where you

want to focus rather than on the scary sensations and thoughts that come along with high

anxiety and panic. It's a very beginner introduction on what it actually feels like

and looks like when you surrender, soften your body, and go non-reactive to panic and anxiety.

A lot of people are really confused as to what I literally mean when I tell people to do that.

So if you take about 13 minutes and listen to this in a quiet

place and use it to practice, you will get the hang of what it is that I'm talking

about. So this is going to teach you proper breathing. It's going to teach you
