We addressed the problem that some people have, especially if they're coming from a background that includes trauma or abuse, where no matter what they do, they have a hard time with their anxiety recovery because no matter what they do

they really can't seem to find that sense of safety and security they always feel

unsafe they always feel vulnerable so Monique talked about that with me so we sort of acknowledged that

wrinkle that many people have in their recovery. Some of us take for granted the

fact that we feel safe and secure. Some people just don't feel safe and secure
