zillion cars on the road, four and five lanes, each direction and everybody's going super fast, that thing. We call it a highway or a freeway here, but in the UK, you know, you call it motorways. So we specifically talked, this was my friend Jay and I we recorded this about 10 days ago I would say

Jay is from Los Angeles he is one of the admins in the Facebook group he gives generously of his time and experience, I appreciate that. And Jayhead contacted me with a specific question about anxiety and panic while driving on the highway or the freeway. And we chatted about it for a little while and we both agreed that it would make a good podcast topic.

So we took it into the Facebook group, which you're about to listen to, was recorded.
