| 0:51.4 | Yeah, I've been in the QA role for about 13 years or so now and kind of working my way |
| 0:58.6 | backwards before I started doing QA I was doing help desk support at 1.4 a mortgage company and doing like hardware |
| 1:07.8 | desktop support and then moved on into a financial firm where I was doing more of trading support and that led into a lot of dual tasks where I would be able to kind of test some bug fixes that might go out as a product support specialist. |
| 1:27.0 | And that just kind of sparked an interest. I started like playing around with the applications, |
| 1:32.8 | validating bugs were being fixed or reporting any issues |
