0:43.8	So, been doing QA for quite a while.
0:46.7	How did you kind of get into it and get into the technology industry in general?
0:51.4	Yeah, I've been in the QA role for about 13 years or so now and kind of working my way
0:58.6	backwards before I started doing QA I was doing help desk support at 1.4 a mortgage company and doing like hardware
1:07.8	desktop support and then moved on into a financial firm where I was doing more of trading support and that led into a lot of dual tasks where I would be able to kind of test some bug fixes that might go out as a product support specialist.
1:27.0	And that just kind of sparked an interest. I started like playing around with the applications,
1:32.8	validating bugs were being fixed or reporting any issues
1:36.0	and troubleshooting those.
1:38.0	So that was with a financial firm in Boston
