And we're going to talk about the way we talk about our anxiety problems.

So when we develop these disorders that I'm always addressing,

panic disorder, agoraphobia, health anxiety,

OCD, that sort of stuff.

We start to develop habits in the way we describe the condition,

the way we talk about the condition.

This involves verbally, overtly to other human beings, silently in our own heads to ourselves, and in

writing on the internet, Facebook groups, forums, things like that.

We develop habits in the way we talk about this problem.

These are important things, because the way we talk about it,

it's a big part of how we engage with the disorder, right?

So we need to look at what those habits are and we need to start to

learn how to recognize what our habits of words are in relation to our anxiety and

to know when we're in good habits that promote recovery and when we have developed bad habits that keep us stuck.
