Yeah, yeah. So Martine and I know each other from the Facebook group that's how we met when she joined the group and there's always a link at

we'll let you in and that's how we met and I have seen you go through some pretty low

stuff and now I'm seen you go through some pretty low stuff and now I'm seeing you go through all kinds of like awesome cool stuff.

So, exciting. It is exciting and I'm really happy for you.

So let's start kind of at the beginning. How did things get bad for you? What's your background?

Well, I got officially diagnosed with anxiety back in 2015 when I was 19 following it was actually on my 19th birthday I was in

your neck of the woods in New York City my best friend went to school in the Bronx and so I was there for my birthday because she is I'm a day

older than her so I'm October 17 she's the 18th so so we always celebrate together.
