So many people have asked me to talk about this topic. I never would have envisioned five years ago when I started the podcast that I'd be like talking so much about the idea of worry and worrying, but here I am. This won't be super long because there's not a whole lot to say about worrying. It's pretty cut and dry and I think hopefully I'll be able to give you some info that will help you and maybe a direction that you can go into it to address that issue if you are a chronic warrior and if the idea of worry and worrying |
