The idea of like expressing emotions

while you're in the recovery process,

you're dealing with panic agoraphobia,

panic attacks, that sort of stuff.

And a lot of the times people that I deal deal with I'm taking the emotion out of the equation for them like really making it super dry and mechanical and engineer like and then they run into days where they just feel sad or emotional and sometimes they're not sure what they're

supposed to do as if there's something wrong with that but there's not.

No sadness is just part of life. You know, those emotions, it's energy inside your body, it needs to come out.

So if you feel upset, you want to cry, you're sad, you just got to let it out and let it dissipate out into the air.

Yeah, so I think the big issue that people seem to run into is, you know, they're out

they're doing the work, it's exhausting, it's mentally tiring, it's exhausting it's mentally

tiring it's physically tiring they're facing their fears

they're going into the doing their exposure work

they're doing in going into these hard places

and then one day they wake up and they just feel down

or a lot of people have said today just just feel I don't know I've been

crying all day and and somehow they think I think they think that's bad like why is this happening
