And I just got back from, this weekend I got one, I got this, this dude here. I've been talking about getting a bike for the longest time and I got one this past weekend and I'm like really really enjoying it. I've been out of it every day.

So anyway, the point is I'm in a park sitting in a park that's about a

minute or two ride from my house and just cooling down I finished my my morning

ride. I did not a super long ride I don't have a lot of time so I did about 8 miles in about 30 35 minutes and I'm really it's really fun so anyway the

point is I want to talk about what happened on my ride this morning because it's relevant.

So like I said, I did a little over 8 miles I guess and I'm about the halfway mark.

I'm heading back toward my house and the road that I was on has a steady

climb not super steep or anything just a very low grade but nonetheless it's an extended

grade so you're climbing for a while maybe a half a mile which if you're a

hardcore biker no laughing at me right I just got the damn thing so anyway I'm

I'm in pretty good shape, right? I'm not ashamed to say I'm in pretty good shape.

Nonetheless, it's taxing. I'm not a little person, so I'm moving a fair amount of body weight up the hell on this bike and it's

gone fine no problem and but of course my heart is is racing and it is July almost August

warm not super warm but a little bit in the morning and so I get to the point where now I've
