Yeah. So we're back for another episode and we're gonna we're

change gears. We were gonna talk about one topic and then at the 11th hour I

think we've decided to switch a little bit because I am sick but

What are you gonna do my ears are all plugged up my sinuses are all plugged up. I'm gonna try not to cough up a lung while we're doing this because that would be rude.

And it's funny that just before we went live you came in and said that you were feeling like that.

And I said it's weird because like the last, say, 48 hours I've been feeling it.

And I pretty much guarantee that I am adding so much more anxiety to the fact that I have

a cold than you are.

That, I would not argue with you, that is probably true.

That is not something that I do necessarily have never done it, but anyway, it seemed like that

would be a good topic then for us to talk about today since both of us are feeling

under the weather. Yeah it's a good time to bring that up so tell me what are you

feeling how do you feel physically and what is it what is it doing? The first I noticed was the other morning I just

woke up and just felt a bit disorientated a bit off balance not too bad snotty
