Today we're going to talk about how we get into a state where just about anything on the face of the planet can be a panic trigger.

This is something that I hear all the time.

It's a very common complaint for people who are dealing with things like panic disorder

and agoraphobia, especially when they get further down and it's

been a long time and they're further down in the disorder and they find that the list of

panic triggers and anxiety triggers is growing at an almost daily basis.

And it becomes especially disheartening when it leads to a feeling that there's absolutely no

control over the anxiety process.

They feel completely powerless and sometimes it's even worse when they feel like they're starting to make some progress.
