Now today let's build on what we've learned in some of the last podcast

episodes to create a general plan for dealing with our anxiety issues.

Since we know that anxiety disorders and that includes agorin phobia are

cognitive in nature, we're going to generally ignore the physical symptoms.

We're not really going to talk about much of that today. Instead we're going to

cognitive issues because really that's what makes the lasting difference.
