Am I the jerk for telling my wife that my parents tried to give our son a DNA test just to try and prove whether or not my son is actually mine.

And now, as a result, we are going to be restricting my parents' access to my son.

And at this point, we seriously don't know what to do.

So I'm a 29-year-old male, and I'm married to a woman who's 32.

Ethnically, she is Korean, although she grew up in the United States, and I'm of Northern European descent.

Four years ago, our first son was born.

My parents were incredibly excited to be grandparents and have done a great job of helping raise him.

Since he was born, he has visually been a carbon copy of me.

He has my hair color, my skin color, my facial features. If you squint just a little bit, you can kind of sort of see a bit of my wife, but we've actually had an ongoing joke where I'll sit her down and promise her that she is in fact the mother and that I was never unfaithful. Now she is tired of the joke, but I find it hilarious at least.

Anyways, three months ago, our second son was born, and it was a beautiful baby. But this time,

with genetics being how they are, he looks nothing like me. But he does look exactly like my wife.

I mean, I suppose his skin is whiter than hers, and his hair is a bit like mine, but basically the

little bean is mommy. The first time I introduced him to my parents, I couldn't believe their

reaction. They were so excited until they saw his face, and then I saw unmistakable disappointment,

followed by a compensatory false enthusiasm. I immediately figured out why, but I haven't

brought up the topic. Well, last

Saturday, my parents were by having a visit. My mother insisted on putting him to bed while my father

and I were having a couple of beers. About 15 minutes later, after she left the room with him,

I said that I was going to go check on her, but my father was oddly insistent that I not. I knew

something was up, so I walked

into her putting a little swab into a plastic container, and I knew exactly what it was. My mother
