Now today I've got for you three

existing. Back in the early 2000s, I was the IT manager for a small company. In May of one year, I hired Robin, the first female in our department.

She was a church friend of one of my team and he recommended her.

and things were running smoothly for several months. The Friday before Thanksgiving, we had a

company get-together and everyone's spouses came. That's when Robin met my husband. I left on

Saturday for a two-week vacation and when I got back, my boss called me before I could even

boot up my computer and asked me to come to his office. While I was gone, Robin accused

me of sexual harassment. HR did their investigation and said they could find no evidence of it,

because it never happened, but offered to transfer her to another department and she declined.
