Jason, can you just say what you just said to me off air? No. Don't say the person. Just say a friend of yours. No, I don't want to say it. Why? Because people are going to know exactly who we're talking about. Why? You just say a friend of yours that's following the case. Can we just making a prediction? Can we just not talk about it? Why? People are not going to know. It's just a person following the case. All right. Right? That's not... All right. A friend of ours said he's going to Banfield will be not guilty. That's his prediction. He's a prediction. He's following the case. Yeah, I don't know how much he's following. but he said Banfield is not guilty. Okay. Wow. I'll have to see how that plays out.

And he's taking a stand today. I don't know. What do I know about the court of law? But I will

say, I haven't been that impressed with the prosecution. Really? Just some of their questions.

Now, maybe if Banfield is on the stand, they're going to hammer him, but I'm guessing they never thought that Banfield would take the stand.

But now that they know he is taking the stand, they better hammer him.

Wow.

I will say this, the few times that I've had jury duty and one or two times I've had a case,

it's never like Matlock on TV or whatever. Like that's like such a great old reference.

I mean, it's just, it's not like the lawyers are not like all like Johnny Cochran or anything.

Sure. Like a lot of times the lawyers are trifling. They're reading their notes.

They're not silly.

They're not smooth.

They're sweaty.

But if you're John Carroll, Banfield's attorney, you're not afraid to send your guy up to the stand?
