| 1:27.5 | But my favorite kind of fitness and exercise benefit headline was one I saw recently, |
| 1:35.1 | and actually two, there were two studies that came to a similar conclusion. |
| 1:42.3 | One was out of the UK, involved 4,500 people. |
| 1:47.0 | They strapped a fitness tracker to their thigh, and they wore it for seven days, 24 hours, |
| 1:55.6 | so 24-7 for seven days. |
| 1:57.6 | The other was a smaller study out of Canada, and this only involved 30 people. So, |
| 2:03.3 | there's the cautionary. It's still a very small sample size. More research needs to be done. |
