Summary

In today’s episode, I talk with Blaine Bartlett about what it really means to live in flow instead of chasing results. We break down how clarity, humility, awareness, and intention help create alignment, and why happiness is found in the pursuit itself. I share why so much of our exhaustion comes from interference like worry, frustration, and attachment to outcomes, while Blaine uses the metaphor of a river to show how trust and direction work together. We also get into focus, feedback, meditation, and the importance of staying in the learning zone, where growth, resilience, and real momentum begin to compound.

We will stop attaching our emotions to them,
