Thank you for joining us. Let's get this conversation started. Well, Rachel, we are on the border of the high holiday for most people of the season.

Not that Christmas is not more important in the incarnation,

but there's something about Thanksgiving that people we all love. Frankly, I think it's the

dopamine high and the tryteline effect of turkey combined.

So you have a sedative, and then you have the arousal that comes through dopamine.

So it's basically light speed and a downer simultaneously.

But that's a little bit too much of my own past playing into this.

Yeah. Well, we want to talk about why it's one of the strange phrases. And as we engage this topic of grief and gratitude,

season that has been more complex for us as a nation, for us as people coming into this period
