Recently we've seen a lot of headlines around Ford. A couple of my favorites, Ford is basically giving up on the US car business and GM is not far behind.

Second favorite, Ford to Kill, Fusion, Taurus and Fiesta Cars to make way for more SUVs.

So we've seen a huge amount of attention on Ford's plan to reduce its passion to car lineup and refocus on its larger vision. of seen in the US and that we've actually talked on this show about before.

According to industry forecasts in three years time,

73% of all consumer vehicles in the US

are expected to be utility vehicles of some sort.

Only 27% obviously cars.

This is overall, so company specifics are actually much higher, forward at 90%, GM at 84%
