Like when there's enough for them to see, do pre-walks, get guys on site so they can

understand what you're giving them, but still, you know, time to go before they get on site.

I am driving a white

I am driving a white oak. This is Friday afternoon. And I was going to hop on here and just talk a little bit about some of the challenges I face maybe this week or even in the past.

I actually don't have a plan on this conversation.

I just know what I want to target here and we'll see where this goes.

But my intent is to just talk about mistakes or challenges

and how I dealt with them.

I think that even amongst my team, my peers, like that's

where people get stuck. There's a great saying, you know, the right decision, I mean the best

decision is the right decision, the second best decision is the wrong decision and the worst

decision you can make is no decision because you make zero progress whether it's

right or wrong and I want to elaborate on that because I think when you make the wrong decision,

there's a pretty good chance that it will be okay, meaning you could probably live with that decision.

If it's so wrong that it needs... meaning you could probably live with that decision.

If it's so wrong that it needs to completely be undone

or you know or ripped out and redone,

that's where you have to question,

you know, maybe your own or that person's ability, like,

why did you make such a wrong decision that even, you know, did you not make an educated decision? Or why weren't you educated enough to make a decision that you know is quote unquote passable?

So different different conversation for a different day.
