So that all being said let's jump in shall we? Indoor introduction. There is a

time in my life when rightly so you'd likely have labeled me as a mildly

In the past several years I've certainly backed off quite a bit from buffeting

my body so to speak with bouts of extreme sufferance but for nearly two decades
