podcast. And this one is entitled Endurance. And I decided this morning, very early this

morning, I woke up, still dark. It was probably two hours before I had planned on waking up.

We're doing endurance today, and I'm excited about doing this episode because I think it's an important one.

I think it's something that we need to talk about right now, and I think it's going to help you become a better runner.

And obviously, I also think it's going to help you become a better person because this one, as all of the other ones are, about running and not about running.

not like a weak branch. This is a sturdy limb, a limb that you would look at and say,
