Basics with my sculpt program and when I say basics it's just those basic lifts that I've still been doing throughout pregnancy, but haven't been able to do to the greatest extent like hip thrusts, barbell hip thrusts.

I can still do those in a short range, but I can't go down all the way because I have a big huge bump in the way.

But movements like those, I can't wait to get back to glute bridges and back squats and things that just haven't felt good during pregnancy because sciatica and other issues.

It's going to be so fun to get back to my sculpt program and really start from the beginning like I did years ago when I create it.
