0:50.3	makes my heart sing because in the obstacle, in the valley is where your greatness is called
0:58.7	upon and all of the gifts are there. Okay, that's where the treasures are. There is not a straight
1:04.7	road to the top of anything. There's going to be tests. There's going to be obstacles. And there are

1:11.0	ability, those are the gifts. Those are the times to grow, to lean in, to level up, to dig your
1:18.4	heels in, and commit to not only coming out, but coming out stronger. Each and every time
1:25.4	you grow through anything, you build resilience. And resilience
1:30.5	is making you more and more of a lifer in whatever it is you're committed to and a leader.
1:36.7	So today, we're going to be talking about ending this year on fire. Now, I realize that you might be listening to this. Maybe the year is over.
1:47.4	Like you're not listening to it on launch day, right? Or maybe we're just a few months into the new
1:51.6	year. Good. Fine. You're ahead of the game because when this episode is coming out, we have a few
1:58.2	weeks left in 2021. So if you're listening into the next year or whatever,
2:04.3	you can get to work quicker and crush your year earlier in the year. And if you're listening to
2:10.7	this on release day, we are now approaching the end of 2021. We have about three weeks left, and here's what I'm going to ask you,

2:27.4	hmm, what we put out there, what we said we were going to do, was that a discussion or a decision?
