So let's talk about how to get a fall garden going.

not even close to fall from a temperature perspective either, but I figured I'd

talk about this just in case some of you were getting ready for your fall season.

Now, a lot of people think you can't really grow that much in fall,

and that could be true depending on your climate,

but really there are so many things that are still possible to grow and there's a lot of distinct

benefits to growing in fall as well. First of all you're going to have milder weather. Second of all,

the life cycle of many insect pests are it's coming to an end right and

they're looking to lay their eggs and overwinter and just kind of chill out and so

insect pressure can be a lot lower in the fall.

Then you have your soil.

Your soil actually becomes that elusive, moist,

but well-draining soil because the temperatures

have cooled off a bit and your water in the soil is not just
