Hello and welcome to a special edition of NFL UK's Inside the Huddle.

Joining me this week is Nick Hauling of Sky Sports.

Nick, the NFL are holding their own UK awards at Superbash at the Indigo O2 Arena on Sunday, February the 6th.

So maybe we could take this opportunity to speculate on who might win some of the prizes.

I mean, it has been another year in the NFL of spectacular performances, hasn't it?

It certainly has, and surprises all the way down the line.

I mean, it's been an impossible season to predict, doesn't it?

Apart from the fact, I suppose, from the second half of the season onwards,

the New England Patriots have risen to the fall. But everybody else has been wildly up and down, except for the Patriots who I say like have

found their feet.

But if you're going to award and reward consistency, then look no further than the Atlanta Falcons,

who started off week one just losing a close overtime game in Pittsburgh, in overtime,

never an easy place to go, of course, but have just been an incredibly steady ship ever since.

Yeah.

And the Falcons remind me of the Steelers two years ago.

I'm not sure that Pittsburgh were ever the best team in the NFL at any point in that season, and yet they went and won the Super Bowl.

And I think you could be looking at something very similar with the Atlanta Falcons in.

No highs and lows.

They just go about their business week after week, and nobody really talks about them either.

A lot of similarities with the Steelers of 2008.

Yeah, absolutely.
