And so the resurrection of Jesus Christ is not some kind of a secret that's supposed to be hidden.

When Jesus rose from the dead, the church received a win in its sales.

And the church went forward. The kingdom of God started to advance because everybody needs to

hear about this good news that Jesus is a triumphant king. In the world of negativity,

in the world of pessimism, in the world of defeat and sickness and disease and curses in the world of cancel culture in the world of

trying to find forgiveness for yourself numbing your emptiness with sin and ungodliness we have

a startling hope and that hope is Jesus Christ. Amen. And so I believe that as we are

being armed, as we are being empowered by that good news, we will go into our world. Our kids will go

into high schools. We will go into our universities, into our places, and be the salt and the light that God has called us to be.

And we're going to make a difference in this world.

And one day when Jesus comes, we will rejoice because of what he was able to do through us in our generation.

You will raise for such a time as this.

As a Christian, I want to remind you, if you're not a Christian,

we're not just becoming a Christian so that we can have a home and a pie in the sky.

We're becoming a Christian because Jesus Christ died for our sin.

He didn't have to, but he chose to.

He didn't die as a martyr.

He died as a sacrificial lamb.

And that's a difference. That means he controlled the outcome of what happened on that day.
