Today we were lucky to have a discussion with Harvard neuroscientist Sarah Lazar.

Sarah is a leading researcher in the meditation field and one of the first to show that meditation

practice really does produce structural changes in the brain. She shares that four regions

of the brain are impacted and they are those that influence memory, focus, mood, and stress.
