Ashley is a psychotherapist and an amazing yoga and meditation teacher.

In this interview, she answers some of our questions related to love,

but also how we can be more loving to ourselves as we venture into the often complicated realm

of relationships. She talks about letting go of judgment, not always easy, seeing our partner

with fresh eyes, finding a safe place for vulnerability, and sometimes

learning to forgive and let go.

How we are in relationship with others is often a reflection of how we are with ourselves,
