Both my business partner and I are high achiever rebel tendencies like we do a lot in

spite of other people and we do not have a problem with like accountability and

achieving goals like give me a goal I got that goal like no problem and so we did really really well our first year and our second year, um, crushed it.

And then third year is here and it has just been brick wall after brick wall after brick wall.

So we are pivoting and scaling and trying new stuff and we are

still in the learning process of like letting go what it takes to build a business year one,

year two versus year three, letting go what it takes to build a six figure business versus a seven figure business, which is where we're at or

trying to get to right now. Trying to figure out like how to be creative and the boss and have ownership but also have our day back and really like

just balancing just kind of the like what the fuck are we supposed to be doing every day kind of thing.
