Beckett and I are both watching The Empress on Netflix about Empress Sissy of Austria.

The Netflix synopsis calls it swoonworthy, emotional, romantic, and I agree with all of those,

but is it accurate?

We both found ourselves pausing the series to look up facts that we may have been a little

fuzzy on.

So, we thought if we're doing it, other people must be too.

There's also another theatrical release about Empress Sissy called Corsage.

I believe it's out in some countries in Europe already.

It's coming to the United States in December and it has a very spicy movie poster.

You can just go look it up.

I'm not going to put it in the show notes because it's kind of rude.

But, it's also very intriguing.

So we decided to take our two-part episode on Empress Sissy of Austria and combine them

into one mega episode.

Yeah, that should have an echo, but I don't know how to do that.

So that's what we're going to present for you this week.
