Fantastic.

You know, I was really looking forward to seeing you today on the Playbook.

We do so much together and to know there's still entrepreneurs that

follow some of the golden rules. And the one that I think of most when I think of you, Hugo,

is I'd rather be kind than right. And how important is it in the hyper-competitive environment to be kind?

It's probably the most, honestly, it's probably the most important thing.

I mean, we live in a world where everybody's moving so fast.

They forgot to say thank you. Thank you. moving so fast. They forget to say thank you.

Thank you.

It's such an easy thing to say thank you for somebody introducing to everybody wants such.

They want things so fast that they forget how nice a person was to them to get them there.

And I don't forget that.

It's one of the things you told me that I've never forgotten.

If you're a thousand nose from one yes, how hard would you work on those nose? And it's just every day I say to me, when I get that no, I say, thank you. Maybe he don't see what I see, but I try to be kind because everything's not for everybody. So I always try to remember that. There'll be a thousand dollars before that one yes.

So through that journey, I just want to be kind with everybody,

just because maybe they don't understand what I'm building.
