You need to go succeed in one area first. A lot of the people that I had just let go,

you know, I had hired them to like manage an empire and it was that idea of like, you hire empire

builders and you give them the whole thing. But really, what I needed was for them to succeed

in one specific area so that then they could have the momentum to pivot to the next area.

And that's how you build an empire, not by just giving it to them and asking them to figure it out.

to document the story of building a great company, the story of capitalism

to be more transparent and document more of the process of the buildout of this company,

because, you know, there's challenges in hiring.

There's challenges in finding out what your products and your revenue model is going to be.

And there's insights and solutions that come on the back of that.

And there's interest in, you know, seeing what the numbers look like.

And there's a lot to be learned from that. So in this,
