There is something to be said for being a women. We are a mother, daughter, partner, friend, caregiver, career woman, homemaker, mentor, leader, and nurturer.. it's a LONG list of what we are doing never mind the weight of worrying, the exhaustion of carrying that happens to so many women.  A lot of it feels great, and then one day we wake up and we're so exhausted, burnt out, not happy.. we're a mess. Today's topic is something that we all go through, I think very much so when we are over 40,

because there's a lot more on our plates than I think there ever was before.

The world that we live in definitely demands so, so much from us.

And I don't think a lot of people really, especially women, I mean, everyone in general, but

specialist ladies, we don't really realize

what is expected of us. The amount of roles that we have in a day is numerous. It's exhausting.

It can feel draining. It can feel overwhelming. And when I'm really talking about is that kind of emotional weight.

It's like this weight that's constantly on us.

I think when we hit 40 and we start going through paramedopause, because our energy starts

draining, we're not producing estrogen like we used to.

Our periods are all over the place.

Our PMS gets way worse. We don't feel like ourselves. We're gaining weight.

Hair is thinning. Hair is, you know, frizzy. We don't look the same in clothes. Our confidence

has just changed. It's such a wild time that affects our mental health it affects

our physical health and this weight that i think a lot of us have carried for maybe our whole lives

but definitely i'd say 35 plus now of a sudden it's undeniable that it's there and we almost can't even

do it anymore because we're trying as Annie comes over to me and goes sit down mama as we try to

kind of hold it all together it's just such a mental load and it's constant pressure and it's going to

cause you to feel burnt out, drained, exhausted, depressed, anxious because it's never ending.

It's the the weight is on us and it feels like it's never ending and I think this is important
