In today's episode, we are midweek in our series on how to manage depression using meditation techniques.

And that's not how you feel when you feel depressed. In fact, you often feel

stuck when you feel depressed. You may feel like you don't have many

options to pull you out of your depression and I want to share with you habits that lead you to depression.

Now you may think it's a little bizarre that I'm going to share with you

habits that contribute to or keep you feeling depressed.

But I always say that the best time to prevent any kind of emergency in your life

and depression is definitely an emergency that you should pay attention to.

So when you know the path to depression, you can take yourself off that path because you will be aware of the dangers

lurking there. Many times we don't intentionally mean to fall into

depression or anxiety or feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

Nobody wants these mental conditions, but there are certain things that contribute to or keep people feeling depressed.
