We have these mental habit loops, these lower brain thoughts, and they constantly recycle.

The more you understand it, the more you are aware that it's going to happen. You can take

precautions. You can get yourself back on track quicker. But it does happen. None of us are exempt. This is why, you know, if you think about it, alcoholics continue to go to meetings. They continue to have a sponsor, check-ins, because these thoughts don't just go away. And that is really what we're going to be focusing on in the HSM Academy this month.

It's all about mind. It's all about the mind management, about how it talks to you and how it

tries to convince you of certain things, and what you can do better about keeping yourself grounded and focused through that,
