What's up? Good to see you again.

Good to see you. I mean, that's a heck of an intro, just saying.

If you need me to walk around and do that for you in real life, I'm happy to.

Only the beginning. Hopefully it gets a little longer here in a few more years. Well, you guys are doing an

awesome job with the show. Love it. But we are here to talk dolphins. So let's dig right into it.

So before we go into some of the individual moves that Miami has made this offseason,

like Willis, Waddle, and such, the dolphins have gone through a lot of change this offseason.

New GM, new coach.

Do you think what Miami was right to move on from Chris Greer and Mike McDaniel?

And what are your thoughts on the new regime of John Eric Sullivan and Jeff Hathley? Chris Greer had to go. Beyond the shadow of a doubt, no hesitation, no thought he had to go. Obviously, I believe he was the longest tenure general manager without a playoff win. Like, let's be for real. He had to go. He was stealing. The one that hurts is Mike McDaniel. I'm a Mike McDaniel fan. I think he's an offensive wizard. I think he's an offensive savant, but I think he is a really, really good offensive mind. I do not know that he is a elite head coach. I think he's a good head coach. I don't know that he's an elite head coach, and realistically speaking in Miami, he hit his head on the ceiling. Like he came out the gate

buzzing. And that was a much needed change from the Brian Flores era. He, I believe, got the most

out of Tuotung of Ioloa. He breathed life into him, breathed confidence into him, breathed faith

into him. I think he got the most out of Tuotong of Iolo. Tua was in an MVP conversation through

10 weeks of the season about three years ago. So I think McDaniel did all he could do in Miami. Right move to move on.

Yes. I would be lying if I told you, yeah, the new hires are great. Because the truth of the matter is,

we don't know. And anybody who tells you they know is lying.

Now, what I can say is the new hires have a plan that they're executing, and that is great.

I don't know if they're great, though. I don't know if Jeff Havley is great. John Eric Sullivan,

I don't know if he's great. A part of me is a little trepidacious because I never like when a coach gets hired and brings in his friend as a general manager. You could say, well, Acho, he knew John Eric Sullivan best because they worked together in Green Bay. Or you could say, did he just hire somebody that's his homeboy and not somebody that's the best person for the job? So I'll stop there, obviously very curious of your thoughts, but Greer had to go. McDaniel needed to go. Hires are being very intentional with what they're doing, but I don't know if they're good or not yet. Yeah, and that's obviously going to be seen. We all know at the end of the day that it needed to be out with
