cuisine, I would say, and a huge figure in the city of New Orleans.

That I believe that yes, there's a chance, there's a good chance,

that I'm going to enjoy them.

I mean, isn't this how you're supposed to approach a restaurant?

Yes.

Do you feel like more often than not you are confirmed in your optimism or

you're disappointed?

I think more than often, more often than not, I'm disappointed.

You say this with like a gravity, but maybe it's just that I'm a jaded and horrible person. But it does not really seem to surprise me that most things are terrible.
