A report from ESPN's Seth Wickersham, combined with some help from

our own Brady Henderson of ESPN, that the Seattle Seahawks will be put up for sale following

the Super Bowl. We will get into all the implications of this and reactions to it.

This caught me off guard.

I'm not going to lie.

I thought the Vikings GM was going to be the bombshell of the day.

I was trying to figure out who the Seahawks coaching is going to be next year.

Yeah, I'm happy I can talk to you because I'm very surprised with what's going on right now.

Yeah, so let's catch people up on what we know and what we don't.

What we know.

And like even before this report, we knew that when Paul Allen passed away as part of the trust that the teams were left in, he was, he left instructions to sell both the trailblazers and the Seahawks and for the proceeds from that sale to go to charity.

So we knew this was going to happen at some point. We also knew that there was a specific clause in the deal with the state, I believe it was.

I'm not sure if it was a county or the state, about a specific timeline for when the Seahawks would have a 10% tax essentially on the sale, the proceeds

would go to the state of Washington. I'm now verifying that. And they've now passed that
