Hey folks, Scott Weingard here, and this is an M-Krit-Wee. Today, following up on the drop I did on pulmonary ambulism in 2026 that came out over the weekend, that was a members-only episode. current state of pulmonary ambulism in 2026. So that's what we have today. Now, in anticipation

of that number of listeners wrote in, most of the stuff they asked for us to cover. I actually had

time to bring up

with Josh. One thing that came up was a couple of people, one of them Justin Morganstern and one of

them, a MCRIT listener. They did not like my coverage of high pitho. They wanted me to specify

that the actual outcome was a composite endpoint within a composite endpoint,

and is it really a positive trial? And yeah, it's a positive trial. I agree with them. The

actual outcomes were not what I would have liked to see in a trial like that, and it's a very weak

outcome. What both of them missed in their initial communication, Justin said he had

understood this issue and just hadn't put it in his initial communications is a bunch of those

patients who had an elevated new score as their only piece of deterioration that made for a positive

difference between the control group and the thrombolytic group was that a bunch of them got rescue therapy.

I mean, almost all of them got rescue therapy.

And I was going to discuss that here and what I think that does to your interpretation of the study results.

But then I actually wound up having a phone call with Justin about this.

So I'm going to talk to Josh.

It's going to be about 25 minutes of

jam-packed clinical stuff. And then at the end of it, and I'll warn you when it's about to start,
