Like, no? No? Okay. If you don't, you've got a UTI. If you drink like one cup an hour, that's enough. Some people are honestly over hydrating. Like, your urine looks like water. There is no color at all. I know we've been taught that that's normal, but that can actually be a sign of overhydration. So if your urine is just straight up clear |
